Voting Question: Is a finance major good with a certificate in international business?

I was just wondering if that was a good combination. I am getting my Associate's Degree in Business soon. But I am interested in other cultures but love business. I wanted to be a financial advisor or a financial planner. I've also had a passion for real estate matters: real estate appraisal and leasing. Any advice?I'm getting my Bachelor's in Finance just in case anyone thought I was only getting the Associate's degree. more

I am a licensed appraiser needing a 2 yr. degree to become certified later down the road. I'm looking for an online study at your own pace associates degree in business with a major in real estate. Resolved Question: Looking to buy a home, which of these real estate taxes are or are not itemize deductions?

After reviewing the appraisal district's value stats, here are the taxes associated with this area. The overall rate comes to 2.52871% in taxes. I'm wondering if any tax gurus know if I would be able to itemize (Schedule A) the entire 2.52871% (not worried about adding this back in for AMT) or have to exclude some of these items from the total tax rate as follows: Please help me find out which apply (Y) and don't apply (N): School District - 1.1567% County- 0.39239% Flood Control - 0.03106% Port Authority - 0.01437% Hospital District - 0.19216% Education Department - 0.00585% Community College - 0.09243% City - 0.64375% Please help. more
